Next day delivery and efficient problem solvers! This was my first order with Shoetique and I will be returning. I was impressed with the range of FitFlops on offer, the brand I was interested in, as well as some of the good deals to be had. I had a slight glitch as my first order was cancelled because they're unable to deliver to a hotel. When I wanted to place the same order for a different address one of the pairs was sold out, meaning I had bought the last one a day earlier and the system wasn't updated just yet. With one phone call they put the pair back online and I could go ahead with the order. The delivery was next day as promised, it even arrived in the morning.
